SECTION 1 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Hassle-Free Returns & Exchange
Time Frame: Return/exchange requests must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Processing Time: 5-7 days are required for returned product(s) to reach us and be processed
Reverse Pick-Up Services:Available with a ₹85 fee per order, deducted from the refund.
Pick-Up Attempts: Two attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product to our address.
Refunds for COD Orders:
Refund Method: Online UPI payment or Online Shopping Voucher.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-4 working days from the day of return pickup.
Return Conditions:
Product Condition: The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Refund Denial: Refunds will not be issued for products in poor condition or clearly worn.
Non-Refundable Items: Vouchers (redeemable only on the website/app). Shipping charges.Promotional/free items.
Items purchased during promotional sales (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free).

SECTION 2 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are allowed only if the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse.Please contact us immediately at help@adelvida.com or via Call: +91 831-0703972 to check your order status.
SECTION 3 - ORDER TRACKING
Customers can track orders by entering the Order ID or Tracking ID provided at the time of purchase.Tracking Information will be sent to the registered email and phone number once the shipment is dispatched.
Use the Track Your Order section on the website for real-time updates.
SECTION 4 - REFUNDS
Refund Processing: 3-4 days from the day the returned product is received and approved. COD Refunds: Only available via UPI or Shopping Vouchers.
Refund Denial
Refunds will not be issued for: Products returned are in a poor condition from what was dispatched. Or if it is returned after using the products.
Products purchased during promotions or if the product was sold for free during promotional events.

Sale Items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and items purchased during promotions (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. Delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or unforeseen postal service disruptions, which are beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Adel & Vida Lifestyle LLP is not responsible for these charges. These fees are your responsibility as the customer.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size was delivered. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at help@adelvida.com or WhatsApp +91 831-0703972, and send the item to:

Reverse Pickup Charges
For returns and exchanges:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (₹99 reverse shipment charge) will be deducted from your refund.
For self-shipped items Customers are responsible for their shipping costs.
