SECTION 1 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Hassle-Free Returns & Exchange
Time Frame: Return/exchange requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Processing Time: 5-7 days are required for returned product(s) to reach us and be processed.
Reverse Pick-Up Services:
1.Available with a ₹100 fee per order, deducted from the refund.
2.Pick-Up Attempts: Two attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product to our address.
Refunds for COD Orders
1.Refund Method: Online UPI payment or Online Shopping Voucher.
2.Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-4 working days from the day of return pickup.
Return Conditions:
1.Product Condition: The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all tags and original packaging intact.
2.Refund Denial: Refunds will not be issued for products in poor condition or clearly worn.
Non-Refundable Items
Vouchers (redeemable only on the website/app).
Shipping charges.
Promotional/free items.
Items purchased during promotional sales (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free).
Self-Shipping for Returns

SECTION 2 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are allowed only if the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse.

SECTION 3 - ORDER TRACKING
Customers can track orders by entering the Order ID or Tracking ID provided at the time of purchase.
Tracking Information will be sent to the registered email and phone number once the shipment is dispatched.
Use the Track Your Order section on the website for real-time updates.
SECTION 4 - REFUNDS
Processing Time
Refund Processing: 3-7 days from the day the returned product is received and approved.
COD Refunds: Only available via UPI or Shopping Vouchers.
Refund Denial
Refunds will not be issued for:
Products returned are in a poor condition from what was dispatched. Or if it is returned after using the products.
Products purchased during promotions or if the product was sold for free during promotional events.

SECTION 7 - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account/UPI details.
Report any delivery discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving the "Delivered" status.
Products must be returned in unused condition with all original tags attached.
