REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 100 days from the date of delivery. If 100 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must have all original tags attached. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:
1.Gift cards
2.Promotional items or free items
3.Items purchased during promotions (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the Order ID and registered mobile number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1.Products that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
2Any item not in its original condition.
3.Any item that is returned more than 100 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
1.For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 working days (subject to bank approvals).
2.For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI payment or an Online Shopping Voucher within 3-4 working days from the day of pickup.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1Check your bank account again.
2.Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3.Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before refunds are posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and items purchased during promotions (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size was delivered. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at help@adelvida.com or WhatsApp 748329199 , and send the item to:

For size exchanges, we will provide an option to select the new size during the return process.
Reverse Pickup Charges
For returns and exchanges:

A ₹149 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your refund or charged during the exchange process.

The reverse pickup fee is non-refundable.

Include your Order ID and registered mobile number inside the package.

Refunds for self-shipped products will include the product price and ₹85 for courier charges, processed within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (₹149 reverse shipment charge) will be deducted from your refund.
For self-shipped items: Customers are responsible for their shipping costs.
