SECTION 1 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchange
Time Frame: Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Processing Time: 5-7 days are required for returned product(s) to reach us and be processed.

Reverse Pick-Up Services:
1.Available with a 1st Pickup ₹0 & ₹149 after fee per order, deducted from the refund.
2.Pick-Up Attempts: Two attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product to our address.

Refunds for COD Orders
1.Refund Method: Online UPI payment or Online Shopping Voucher.
2.Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-4 working days from the day of return pickup.
Return Conditions:
1.Product Condition: The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all tags and original packaging intact.
2.Refund Denial: Refunds will not be issued for products in poor condition or clearly worn.

Non-Refundable Items

1.Vouchers (redeemable only on the website , Valid - 1 year)

2.Shipping charges.

3.Promotional/free items.

4.Items purchased during promotional sales (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free).
