SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. Delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or unforeseen postal service disruptions, which are beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

*For orders over ₹2,000, we offer free shipping across India.

For orders under ₹2,000, a ₹100  delivery fee will be charged.

Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.You will be contacted via text message at the phone number you provided during checkout to notify you of the delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes -

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Adel & Vida Lifestyle LLP is not responsible for these charges. These fees are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order has been shipped:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

• Use the "Track Your Order" feature on our website to get real-time updates.

• Packing: All orders are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit.

• Delays: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays with the courier service.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size was delivered. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at help@adelvida.com or WhatsApp +91 831-0703972, and send the item to:

For size exchanges, we will provide an option to select the new size during the return process.

Reverse Pickup Charges

For returns and exchanges:

1.A ₹149  reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your refund or charged during the exchange process.

2.The reverse pickup fee is non-refundable.

Self-Shipping for Returns

For non-serviceable pin codes, customers are responsible for self-shipping the product to our address:

• Include your Order ID and registered mobile number inside the package.

• Refunds for self-shipped products will include the product price and ₹149 for courier charges, processed within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping ( ₹149  reverse shipment charge) will be deducted from your refund.

For self-shipped items Customers are responsible for their shipping costs.
